How it all works

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation, or your reservation can be cancelled.  The total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If the final balance is not paid with the 30 days, your reservation must be cancelled. In the event that you are arriving within 30 days from making your reservation, all payments shall be due immediately.

CANCELLATIONS:  In case of cancellation after a deposit is received and prior to 30 days of time of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled.  A refund will be issued. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given.  No shows will not receive a refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:  A $300 security/damage deposit is required for any rental.  Once this deposit is received, you will be given the key code to the lock box on the front door.  The security/damage deposit will be returned when you vacate the unit, and the unit is clean and is not damaged.

PLEASE NOTE – Our shower cannot be used to rinse sand off bodies or beach equipment.  Please use the outdoor shower next to the pool restroom.  Any sand found in the shower will default your damage deposit.  ADDITIONALLY – Please do not color your hair nor dye your clothes in our unit.

RATES:  All rates are based on a daily rate only.  RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND HAWAII STATE TAX.  A $10 per-person per-night charge applies for additional people over 2.  We reserve the right to make any changes to rates prior to reservation acknowledgment.

HOUSEKEEPING:   Housekeeping service is not included in your rental cost.  Unit is supplied with towels and linens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Excessive cleaning will be charged to your damage deposit.

REFUNDS:  Please report any equipment or appliance failures immediately by calling 626-221-0730. There will be no rent reductions or refunds for equipment failure. There will also be no refunds or rent deductions for inclement weather.
