Checking In

Check in is at 4:00 PM . Check out is at 11:00 AM.

Check in time is after 4:00pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving prior to 4:00 pm and we may be able to accommodate you.

Each guest will receive a unique entry code to use during their stay to open the front door.

When you enter, you will find two sets of pool keys on the kitchen counter.

These are yours to use during your stay. Keep these with you.

You will have one key for the front door and two for the pool   (The pool and barbecue area remains locked at all times so that only residents and their guests are allowed entrance).

If by chance you misplace or lose your keys, you can use the combination to re-open the lock box and let yourself in. However, lost keys will need to be replaced and will be remade at the expense of the guests who had the misfortune of losing them.

SO PLEASE…hold on to them!

Checking Out

Check out time is 11:00 am. Please let us know if you are leaving later, we may be able to accommodate you.

Upon check out – PLEASE do the following before leaving our unit;

1)      Replace your keys in the bowl and the original key in the lock box.

2)      Take all your trash to the condo dumpsters
(They are on the street-side of the 2nd floor parking garage).

3)      Put dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start. If there are pots and pans, please wash them.

4)      Please put all used towels in the shower before you leave and we will take care of  the washing those as well as the bed linens.

5)      Please write in the journal provided. We love to read about everyone’s adventures!
